Duly Re-Elected on June 18th, 2022 – Present Day

Although the Apalachee Tribe is part of my heritage, my true interest was sparked by a meeting I attended on April 14th, 2018. At first, the gathering felt like a family reunion, but when differences of opinions were openly broadcasted, I realized how crucial it is to preserve our Apalachee heritage.

Since that meeting, I have been to Baton Rouge in support of Tribal members seeking Louisiana’s state recognition. It has been an unbelievably difficult challenge, but one that I feel still needs to be carried through with.

My hope is that with continued engagement, business styled organization, and prayer, we can continue preserving our Apalachee heritage for generations to come.
